Gluten Free Sometimes Means....

Getting to make meals with names like this, "Gluten Free Crispy Brown Rice Crusted Chicken with Pecan Brown Butter"

Okay, someone say that 5 times fast. I'm crackin' up. Is that REALLY what I'm supposed to tell my family we're having for dinner?

    Hi! Melissa gave me your blog address because my daughter and I have celiac. We are recently diagnosed, so I'm scouting around looking for food ideas and people to connect to. It's really not that bad, thanks to Trader Joe's. Anyway, I've seen many a bizarre recipe title recently. Gotta love it.
